Two 4 Tuesday- Antique~ Modern
*** Antique Kitchenware decorates my oldest sister's home.. Trudel cares for it with the same attention that her Grandma- in- law did.. she plans to pass it on.. I really think that old time folks knew they might not have money for more so they took care of what they had.. I have a ton of the old stuff.. it last forever.. can't be beat by the modern.. break on the way home.. kitchen ware...
.. Coffee cups.. a dime a dozen..
not quiet but at a dime each you could afford to buy a dozen.. I am glad that I spotted these at the thrift store for animal advocacy instead of at the land field.. I have one cup I like to use.. I have a cabinet full of cups I am glad to share with visitors.. please feel free to take it with you when you go.. or eventually it too might end up in a basket of cups sold to buy dog food..

An American Sentence Poem...
"The antique compact.. that lay broken on the asphalt..
had been an anniversary gift.."
"Green eyes" reflected.. follow the loving couple..
illusions shatter.

Thanks for stopping by my wild and crazy world today.. I have been busy today.. Dog walking still takes a lot of time.. we haven't started "walking" the puppies yet.. I was thinking about getting one of those old fashioned fish stringers.. the metal kind that has a big hook thing every so often.. I could hook all nine of them to it and with some training I could be dog "riding " very soon.. The turkeys and chickens still have to be fed and watered.. the hog wants to be scratched and the men folks also think they need to eat.. sounds like I don't have a trained creature in the whole bunch doesn't it.. I had visitors today.. I always like that.. the shortest one was working away on his "butt" rag as he said Grandma called it.. I was tickled to see him trying to learn a craft.. I think all kids should learn something from the past.. and crochet is becoming a lost art.. I cooked.. I cleaned.. I laundered.. I had a day! Thanks for being a part of my day! and for making me a part of yours! I welcome comments.. I hope you had a great day!

I like the antique kitchen doodads. Mom'd probably try finding a good place for 'em or best position so it would match all our other stuff.
