What a MESS!!

This week for Sepia Scenes I chose this replica of a Pirate ship that sits quietly in a cove almost as far south as one can go.. Part of a miniature golf course it has become a haven for water fowl.. I wonder what treasure might be hidden with-in the ship.. golf balls I imagine...

Watery Wednesday asks us to share photo's of watery subjects.. or place where water can be found.. This week I am sharing with you a photo made while I was Geo-caching.. I am kneeling by the healing waters of Healing Springs.. SC.. This water is believed to have healing properties..

According to tradition the Indians believed the water and it's healing properties were a gift from the great spirit. They led the British wounded to their secret waters during the American Revolution and the wounded were healed. This historical property has been deeded to God for public use. The day I was there we picked up bottles and a few beer cans.. Please leave places you visit as clean as it was when you got there.. in fact try to leave it cleaner if you can!
